On Saturday, January 11, from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., Wise Readers to Leaders will be hosting a literacy event at the Cayton Children’s Museum in Santa Monica.

Join us for a Conversation with the Authors of How to Raise a Reader, a new book providing helpful insights on how to engage your child in reading, while your children have the opportunity to explore the brand new interactive and engaging Cayton Children’s Museum.

Tickets for the event are $40, covering the cost of museum for one child and one adult and a copy of the book How to Raise a Reader by Pamela Paul, who oversees all book coverage at the New York Times, and Maria Russo, the editor of children's books at the Times. Additional tickets can be purchased for $14 for an adult and $7 for a child. Children under 2 are free. Please let us know if you'd like to attend so we can send you tickets and payment information.

While the museum is appropriate for all elementary school aged students, it is geared toward younger students aged preschool to 3^rd grade.
