A recent article in the Jewish Journal evoked a great deal of concern in the Jewish community about events at U.C. Berkeley. Unfortunately, the article misrepresented the situation and drew conclusions that are not supported by the circumstances. We have arranged a briefing from the several members of the Berkeley community including the Hillel Director, Rabbi Adam Naftalin-Kelman, the assistant vice chancellor for executive communications Dan Mogulof, and Jewish History Professor Ethan Katz. Please join us to learn about the situation, how antisemitism is being confronted at our nation’s most prestigious public university, and most importantly, what you can do to strengthen Jewish life at all of our nation’s institutions of higher learning.
