At this time, the form is closed. You can however purchase wristbands the day of the Purim Carnival and additional scrip on site. Please note that a 2.85% fee will be added to credit card purchases, so feel free to bring some extra cash. Wise Members may also be able to use ACH transactions if they are already set up in our system.
