TICKET SELECTION

How to Request Tickets:

1. Review our schedule of services prior to making your selections.
    
2. Please only request tickets for those services that you plan to attend. 
   You must make a selection for each service. 
    
3. This form may be submitted only once per household.
    
4. Be sure to check all of your dates, times, locations, and names before submitting this form.
    
5. Select the option "I plan to attend this service in person."  for each service you plan to attend as it appears.  For services you do not plan to attend, please select "I do not plan to attend this service in person" in order for the next service's options to appear.
    
6. Once you have made this selection, additional options will appear (please note this may take a moment or two). 
    
7. For each service, please select the number of  Adults (18-64), Seniors (65+), and Children (5-17) who will be attending
    
8. Please include a ticket request for every person who will be attending.

You must answer every question related to service selection for both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur for the form to submit.

For Guests ages 18-29:  Join Stephen Wise Temple today - your annual membership for 2024-25 will be the same price as one ticket for one service and you will receive all of the benefits of membership, including tickets to all High Holy Days services.  Email Membership@WiseLA.org or call 310.889.2230 for more information.
